Cat Boarding Information

Our cat accommodations are located separate from the dog kennel to give our feline friends extra peace and quiet during their stay with us.  We have 16 individual condo units each with a perch for extra stretching space. Each condo is equipped with a porthole that can be opened so cats from the same household can visit each other or, when available, to provide a single cat with even more room to move about. Every unit also has a panoramic view of the outdoors, perfect for bird watching.  All of the condos have solid walls to them so your cat will not be disturbed by its boarding neighbors.

We provide comfortable bedding, litter boxes, toys, food bowls, and water bowls to all of our feline boarders.  Included in your cat’s boarding is access to our cat playroom. The playroom is a separate room that measures 5’4” x 6’9”, has its own large window for outdoor viewing, and has a three tier cat tree. A schedule is created daily to ensure that every cat has equal time in the playroom.  We put extra toys in the playroom for your cat’s enjoyment.  Playroom time is not spent with other cats (unless they are housemates) or employees.  If you would like extra personal interaction we do offer playtimes which is a 15 minute one-on-one session between your cat and one of our staff members.  This time is spent doing what your cat enjoys which could be interactive play or cuddle time.

Our boarders are fed at least twice a day.  You are highly encouraged to bring your cat’s food from home but we do provide Purina Pro Plan Chicken and Rice adult formula dry and canned, either option is included in the price of boarding. If a diet is brought from home, we ask that dry food is measured into single serving baggies.  Any special or prescription diets must be supplied by the owner.

As mentioned on our main page, we require that all pets must have verification they are properly vaccinated and tested two weeks prior to boarding.  Cats are required to be current on:

  • Rabies Vaccine
  • Distemper (FVRCP) Vaccine
  • Feline Leukemia (FeLV) Vaccine if indoor/outdoor cat
  • Feline Leukemia/Feline Aids (FeLV/FIV) test result (if indoor only cat)
  • Negative Fecal Test
